Frequently asked questions
What should i expect for my first appointment?
Your first appointment will last about an hour and a half.. During this time, you’ll have the chance to walk through our showroom, see the gowns in person, and select a few favorites to try on. Your consultant may also recommend a couple of styles that suit your vision.
While we don’t set a limit on the number of gowns you can try, most brides are comfortable fitting in about 7–9 gowns within the appointment.
Tip: Leave a little extra time at the end of your appointment so you can slip back into your favorite dress one more time before you go!
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
We recommend wearing nude undergarments. You are welcomed to bring your own shoes, and bra (the strapless bra may not be necessary - depending on the neckline of the gowns you’re trying on).
How many people can I bring to my appointment?
We love the idea of celebration, but we believe a bridal fitting should feel as intimate and personal as possible. The focus should be entirely on you and the style and mood you want to create for your wedding day.
We’ve noticed that too many opinions can sometimes make it harder for a bride to make her choice, and we don’t want any of our brides to feel stressed during such a special experience.
That’s why we recommend bringing 1–3 guests to your appointment. If it’s truly important for you to invite more, we kindly ask that the number not exceed 5 guests.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule your fitting. Since we are appointment-only, we thank you in advance for your cooperation, as we take in a very limited amount of brides a day. Under 24 hours from the appointment, the fitting fee will not be refunded.
Can I purchase my wedding gown at the first appointment?
Yes! If you fall in love with a gown during your first visit and feel ready to say “yes” to the dress, we’ll be thrilled to make it yours that same day. Our goal is to make your experience as joyful and seamless as possible, so you can celebrate this special moment without delay.
