By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.

2. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products — including gowns, accessories, and services — as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will display colors or textures perfectly.
All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Cali Brides reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.
3. Orders and Payments
All purchases are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price.
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, address, phone number, and payment details.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. By submitting your payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount.
4. Deposits and Final Sales
All special orders (custom-sized or made-to-order gowns) require a non-refundable deposit of 60% of the total price at the time of purchase.
The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or shipping.
Once an order is placed and confirmed with the designer, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed, as each gown is made specifically for you.
Sample sale and off-the-rack gowns are sold as-is and are final sale.
5. Delivery and Shipping
We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe provided at the time of purchase. However, delivery times may vary due to production or shipping delays beyond our control.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped.
6. Alterations
Alterations are a separate service and are not included in the gown’s purchase price.
Cali Brides is not responsible for any alterations performed by third-party seamstresses not affiliated with our salon.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any gowns, accessories, or custom orders.
If you believe your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.
8. Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Orders for gowns, accessories, or services cannot be canceled once placed.
If production issues occur, Cali Brides will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
9. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected on our website is governed by our [Privacy Policy].
We will never share your data with third parties without consent, except when required by law.
10. Intellectual Property
