We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cali Brides experience. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
1. All Sales Are Final
Bridal gowns, accessories, and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once a deposit has been made and an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
2. Special Orders
All made-to-order and custom-size gowns require a 60% non-refundable deposit.
Remaining balance is due upon pickup or before shipping.
Custom and designer gowns cannot be returned under any circumstance.
3. Sample Sale & Off-the-Rack Items
All sample and off-the-rack sales are final and sold “as-is”.
Customers are responsible for inspecting the gown before purchase.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will review the issue and, if verified, provide a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
5. Alterations
Alteration services are not included in the purchase price.
We are not responsible for alterations performed by third-party seamstresses not affiliated with Cali Brides.
6. Appointment Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.
